We are excited to announce that our first HUBB Direct is now open at the Winter Garden Heritage Foundation’s Healthy West Orange Heritage and Cultural Center!

This first HUBB Direct is a satellite location for HUBB — an easy-to-use online platform and physical resource center designed to enhance the lives of Central Florida residents by connecting them to a variety of health and wellness services in our community.

HUBB Direct provides easy access to social activities, educational programs, healthcare, mental health providers, food pantries, housing assistance and more – many of which are free or reduced-cost.

“There are countless organizations in our community meeting the health and wellness needs of our residents, but it can be hard to navigate them all,” said Tracy Swanson, chief executive officer of the Foundation for a Healthier West Orange. “We created HUBB to help residents more easily find what they need. And now with this added physical location, services are even more accessible.”

HUBB not only helps residents navigate the system, it helps expose them to services they might not have been aware existed.

“The Winter Garden Heritage Foundation is grateful for the support to bring this heritage and cultural center to the community,” said Jim Crescitelli, Director, Winter Garden Heritage Foundation. “As long-time proponents of the revitalization of Winter Garden’s Downtown Historic District, we are proud to be a Healthy West Orange link along the West Orange Trail for both residents and visitors.”
