Improving Health for Moms & Babies
We are a collaborative network of physicians, midwives, community health centers, hospitals, nonprofit organizations, and local government partners committed to improving the health of mothers and babies throughout West Orange County.
In August 2025, we came together to explore what is possible when we work as one. We asked how we could close gaps, strengthen coordination, and expand access to care and support for the mothers and babies in our community who need it most.

A shared data dashboard gives our collaborative a clear, common picture of the community’s needs. By bringing together information on health outcomes, access to care, available resources, and disparities across neighborhoods and populations, the dashboard helps partners identify gaps, set priorities, coordinate services, and direct resources where they can have the greatest impact.
